We use sophisticated scanning software, our procedures are very thorough and therefore need to take place in our fully equipped workshop. We can normally complete this within one to two days, depending on how badly infected and how many files need to be scanned.
Please note, in some cases certain infections can cause file corruption and even deleted files. Further work may be needed to correct this. This is not covered by our £49 virus removal cost, but we will inform you if this is the case. All repairs are done at the best possible price, giving you excellent value for money.

What are viruses, trojans and spyware?
A virus is a program that replicates, it spreads from file to file on your system and from computer to conputer. In addition, it may erase or damage data. The longer it goes undetected, the more infected files there will be on the computer.
A worm is a computer program that replicates, but does not infect other files. Instead, it installs itself once on a computer and then looks for a way to spread to other computers.
A trojan is a program that poses as legitimate software but when launched will do something harmful. Trojans can't spread by themselves, which is what distinguishes them from viruses and worms.
Trojans are purpose-built to carry out a specific malicious function. The most common are backdoor trojans (often including a keylogger), password stealing trojans and trojans that distribute spam to other computers,
