How much do you charge?

How long will my computer problem take to fix?
Most onsite services are sorted within an hour. If we expect the job will take longer, we will advise you, so you wont receive any unexpected costs.
What if my computer cannot be fixed onsite?
If we are unable to fix it onsite, we will collect it for repair in our fully equipped workshop.
We will advise you to how much it will cost & return it back to you.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, cheque or by using paypal you can even use your credit card, you don't even need a paypal account.
What are your hour of business?
Our opening hours are 08.30 to 17.30, Monday to Friday. Please remember, you can leave a message at anytime, 365 days a year.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all Newton Abbot, Torbay, Exeter & South Hams areas. If you are not sure if we cover your area, please enquire as we may be able to help.
Are your services available for home users & business users?
Yes. We offer support to both home & business users. From installing a new printer, to an entire network of computer equipment.
How can I book a call with you?
You can phone us on 01626 361648 anytime day or night. Calls received outside of office hours can be left on our answering machine.

Yes we do. If for any reason you are unhappy with any service we have provided, we will do our upmost to rectify it as quickly as possible for you. We pride ourselves on quality of service, our commitment to you.
